Online purchasers who need a VAT invoice for their ticket purchases can obtain one by filling in this form.
Purchasers who bought their tickets at the box office and who need a VAT invoice for their ticket purchases can obtain a VAT invoice by completing this form.
A handover certificate shall be issued after the purchase of gift vouchers.
A VAT invoice is issued if the form is completed no later than the 10th day of the following month after the event.
• If the form is completed before the event, the VAT invoice is issued within 5 business days after the event.
• If the form is completed after the event but no later than the 10th day of the following month, the VAT invoice is issued within 5 business days from the date of form completion.
Remark. The distributor shall issue VAT invoices for service charges; VAT invoices for tickets purchased shall be submitted by the event organiser or, if otherwise provided, by National Ticket Distributor UAB on behalf of the organiser.
Ticket purchases for events in Estonia and Latvia shall be subject to a ticket purchase confirmation.
Nacionalinis bilietų platintojas UAB acts as an intermediary in the sense that tickets for events are sold on behalf of the organising company (Article 79(8) of the VAT Act).
