Flying to SANREMO
An Unforgettable and Glamorous Musical Show from Italy
FLYING TO SANREMO
On the evening of August 28, at the Dzintaru Concert Hall, the spectacular show “Flying to Sanremo” will feature the best and most legendary Italian songs—performed by Italian singers and a live orchestra! The concert will showcase popular Italian singers Francesco Filizzola, Monica Harem, JJ Vianello, and Manuela Prioli, along with the Mediterranean "sunny" orchestra “VERI Italiani”, offering pop music lovers their take on the greatest and most iconic hits of the legendary Sanremo Festival.
This unforgettable evening will feature songs such as “Non Voglia mica la luna”, “Fatti Miei”, and “Sognando”, along with new versions of classics like “L’italiano” and “Volare”. The audience will also hear hits such as “Azzurro”, “Felicità”, “Il Ragazzo della via Gluck”, “Ci Sarà”, “Come Vorrei”, and many more beloved tracks.
"The show ‘Flying to Sanremo’, with the true charm of ‘La Dolce Vita’, will let you experience the authentic 80s festival atmosphere with favorite songs, good vibes, glamour, and a magical soundtrack!" promise the event organizers.
The Performers
Francesco Filizzola has performed at the most prestigious venues worldwide—from the United Kingdom and Europe to the USA and Asia. His music has entertained legendary groups like The Rolling Stones as well as King Charles III (then Prince Charles), Prince Harry, Queen Sofía of Spain, former UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson, Johnny Depp, Gordon Ramsay, and many other celebrities.
Monica Harem produced her first record in 2001 under Columbia (Sony). She has worked as a vocal coach and artistic director for Italian TV channel Rai’s projects. Later, she collaborated with D&D Diamonds to create her own traveling show “Extravagant”, inspired by the world-famous Canadian circus company Cirque du Soleil and television entertainment shows. For twelve years, Monica has been the official voice of Papeete Compilation, and throughout her 25-year career, she has toured worldwide.
The extravagant Italian baritone-tenor JJ Vianello stands out with his charismatic voice and unique style. He has recorded several albums and singles. His voice is a true example of a vintage style, and his distinctive elegance makes him shine. Audiences describe JJ Vianello as a true frontman who can captivate both on the dance floor and—metaphorically—“offer a ticket” to a journey back to the 80s.
Manuela Evelyn Prioli has been singing since childhood. She first studied piano under Maestro Carlo Pari, then guitar with Marco di Meo, and later pursued vocal studies at the conservatory. She has expanded her knowledge in various seminars with renowned Italian and international vocalists and musicians. She holds a master’s degree in vocal technique instruction and has studied choral conducting at Cesena Conservatory under Anna Galterio. Manuela is considered one of the most promising and talented young voices in the music industry.
The musical direction of the concert is entrusted to the orchestra “VERI ITALIANI”, described as “an amazingly fun ensemble and orchestra with a big Italian heart”. One of its standout musicians is saxophonist and flutist Davide di Gregorio, who has performed at the Sanremo Festival and was a longtime member of world-renowned Italian tenor Andrea Bocelli’s team. He has also played with superstars like Arianna, Antonella Ruggiero, and others. Meanwhile, the orchestra’s rhythm section is overseen by the highly popular “Bass Your Life” creator Luca Angelici, a graduate of Saint Louis College of Music in Rome.
"See you at the show for a night of singing and unforgettable fun!" invite the event organizers.
