Mabel Revival is a hilarious mix of dance, performance, and cabaret. The choreographer Liisa Pentti together with musician Robert Kock are taking their audience into a charmed world of female divas, adored icons, and objects of our desire. Mabel is a woman without remorse, a female diva and shaman-performer. To celebrate life one needs to speak about death and embrace the realms where we can enter only in our dreams - thus the story of Mabel Revival.

Mabel is a celebration of femininity and ageing and asks the question of how women in their 60s are still relevant on stage and how they are represented.

20:00 - WITH US. Episode 1. Karel (67) meets David (27) (Germany)

This is an intergenerational and inclusive dance performance by choreographer Silke Z., from Cologne, Germany. Karel, a dancer aged 67 and David a 27-year- old dancer with Down syndrome meet and share their bodily landscapes, measure their individual bodily shapes, and challenge each other's movement forces. They encounter each other in a completely human way: like father and son or like best friends.

During the performance, one part of the trilogy will be shown: Karel (67) meets David (27).
