From 17th to 24 November (except 18th nov) , the first ART RIGA PHOTO FAIR will take place at the Railway Museum.
This year ART RIGA FAIR celebrates its tenth anniversary. Traditionally, the exhibition was also attended by photographic artists and in the anniversary year we decided to launch a new project ART RIGA PHOTO FAIR.
ART RIGA PHOTO FAIR is an exhibition-fair where most of the exhibits can be not only admired, but also bought and taken home. We design the exhibition to show the diversity of genres of contemporary photography: poetic landscapes, cityscapes, portraits, fashion photography and studio shoots.
ART RIGA PHOTO FAIR is a kaleidoscope of artists and each participant's stand will be unique:
One of the central stands will show and sell the photographic art of Gunārs Binde, whose extensive exhibition is currently on show at the State Museum of Art.
Lithuanian photographer Alberts Pocejs will show a series of sensual portraits of women in Riga for the first time.
The exhibition brings together a whole host of talented young photographers and charismatic masters who have already left their mark on Latvian photographic art. Photographers from Italy, France, Lithuania and Estonia will also take part in the exhibition.
The ticket price includes a visit to the Railway Museum.
